Our North Texas Chapter meeting originally scheduled for Saturday July 7 at the Doris Day Horse Reserve and Adoption Center has been re-scheduled for Saturday July 21 at 12:00 with a new location of: SPCA Lone Star Campus 2400 Lone Star Drive, Dallas, TX 75212.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the topic of horse slaughter was going to be the primary presentation on July 7 and THLN has recently been notified of a very important Senate hearing that will address horse slaughter on July 10. (watch your e-mail for more information on this hearing). As you can imagine, we will need to focus on this hearing between now and Tuesday. PLEASE JOIN US ON JULY 21 AND WE WILL DISCUSS HORSE SLAUGHTER, THIS HEARING, AND OUR 2013 LEGISLATIVE AGENDA.
